features a variety of amenities including two 18 hole championship
golf courses --The Pines and The Lakes courses have both received

Lake Petenwell Some call Petenwell a
lake and others describe it as a flowage. It was formed when
the Wisconsin River was dammed for hydro-electric power generation
back in the late 1940's. The 23,000 acre wonder attracts anglers
from far and wide for the annual walleye and white bass runs, and
for the added thrill of pursuing muskies.
