Ebbe Realty, established in 1974, is a real estate firm that has been serving the Central Wisconsin area since the early development of Lake Sherwood, Lake Camelot, and Lake Arrowhead.

Ebbe Realty specializes in lake and golf course properties, but "Your Lakes Broker" also lists and sells hunting land, camping lots, and commercial properties.

Randall Ebbe Sr., "Your Lakes Broker," moved to the Town of New Rome in 1967 -- just in time to witness the onset of the Tri-Lakes area.

Randall's late mother, Linda Ebbe, understood the potential for resales as she watched the community grow. She founded Ebbe Realty in 1974. Soon after, the Town of Rome's Lake Arrowhead Association (LAA) assembled two award-winning golf courses.

​With so many recreational activities at his fingertips, Randall had the opportunity to explore all of the township's offerings. Over the years, he gained endless knowledge of the land, the lakes, and the history of the Town of Rome, Wisconsin.

​Randall decided to join his mother at Ebbe Realty in 1985, and watched his own children grow up on the beach. After more than 54 years on Lake Sherwood, Randall still enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, and golfing. ​

The Town of Rome has been geared towards recreation for a while now, but new facilities have definitely put it on the map.

• Snowmobile trails running through the town are widely sought after -- and many visitors are checking out the newly expanded Dyracuse Recreational Park, an off-road motorcycle/ATV park, nearby.
• The Wisconsin Trapshooting Association (WTA) recently placed their homegrounds in Rome, too, bringing in people from all over the country.
• Many travel to experience golf at Sand Valley — a full resort situated in the area's tumbling sand dunes. With several unique golf experiences modeled after the Heathland golf courses of London, it has emerged as the country's new "must-play" golf destination.
• Of course, there's also plenty of lake space in Rome for your pontoon, fishing boat, and kayaks.
